As the Senior Director of IT for Dunkin Donuts Mid-Atlantic Distribution Center, I am responsible for ensuring that our technology dollars are spent on optimizing our processes. Software runs our operations but our entire process has not been automated. We are responsible for capturing the marked-up and signed delivery receipts from our 5000 weekly deliveries into our system. Additionally our Accounts Payable department needs the incoming bill of laden, customer invoice and inbound receipt in our system tied to our check for payment.
